What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per design for sterling silver jewelry and 300 pieces for stainless steel. For custom designs, MOQ starts at 50 pieces. We can discuss lower quantities for new brands on a case-by-case basis.
How long does production take?
Sample production: 7-10 days after design approval. Mass production: 15-25 days depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated with a surcharge. We’ll provide a detailed timeline with your quotation.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we always produce samples before mass production. Sample cost is $50-150 per piece depending on complexity, which is refundable upon order placement. Shipping cost is borne by the customer.
What materials do you work with?
We specialize in 925 sterling silver and 316L stainless steel. We also offer gold plating (18K, 24K), rose gold plating, rhodium plating, and PVD coating. Gemstone settings include cubic zirconia, natural stones, and pearls.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes, we provide complete private label services including custom jewelry boxes, pouches, cards, and branding. MOQ for custom packaging is typically 100 pieces. We can also arrange dropshipping directly to your customers.
What are your payment terms?
For new clients: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. For established clients: We offer flexible terms including T/T, PayPal, and Letter of Credit for large orders. Sample fees are payable upfront.
